Thoughts on Christmas

Being a Christian, I have to reflect and ponder on this time of year.  It is so easy to get caught up in the pressure and hype of the holidays, instead of simply enjoying them and remembering what they are all about.  (Believe me, when I was putting up our lights this year, my thoughts were anything but joyous).  Yet the other day, I was on our church's web site and ran across a short video clip that was a great reminder for me (click here to go to the video).  I shared it with a few friends on facebook, but wanted to publicly share it on our blog as well.  This is really what it is all about...hope you enjoy it, and have a have a thoughtful and peaceful Christmas this week.

Time to start blogging...

You would think for a family centered in technology (among other things), we would've had a blog going years ago.  However, with all the junk out there, we just decided it wasn't worth adding to all the pollution...until now.  Simply put, there's just too much going on in our lives not to share our thoughts, feelings, and all of the craziness that we enjoy as a family.  Soooo....we started this blog to replace our family newsletter.  We hope you all enjoy the pictures, stories, and goodness that comes along with The Strattons Domain blog site.  And if you don't, well then - don't read.  :)
